Weeknights games games usually begin promptly at 5:45pm although older leagues have a few 8pm games. The older baseball divisions play for the most part on Wednesday or Thursday nights due to the need for rest days for pitchers. We try and play the other divisions early in the week. Sunday game times are 10am, 12:30pm, 3pm and 5:30pm. When are practices? Practices are scheduled by volunteer managers. Many managers practice Friday afternoons. When are playoffs? Playoff dates vary from year to year but traditionally we do play the championship games on Father Day. Who is in charge of TBO? Please see the Who's Who Page for a list of TBO board members. How can I become a manager or coach? On the application, you will be able to volunteer for one of those positions. All managers and coaches are volunteer. Can I request a Manager, Coach or Friend on my childs' team? No. Teams are formed by Board members, in attempts to equalize the teams based on the evaluations from the previous season. When does the season start? We usually get permits on April 1st. Practices and practice games will begin as close to that date as possible. |
