Umpire Evaluations
To help improve the quality of the games and experience for our players,
coaches and parents, TBO encourages managers and coaches to submit
evaluations of the umpires. Please feel free to give report both bad
and good experiences with the umpires.

Mandatory Safety Course
Every person who wants to manage or coach must take the Rutgers Safety Course
to be certified and allowed on the field. The course only need to be taken
once. The Rutgers Safety Clinic information can be obtained by calling
(732) 932-6537 or (732) 932-7178. You may also check the website
youthsports.rutgers.edu.
Player Evaluations
TBO tries to make the most balanced teams it can each year to help make
playing fun for the players. An important part of that process is getting
the coaches input on the strengths and weaknesses of the players at the end of
each season.
